AV integration
Renewing inventory in a working venue gets planned around the calendar, not against it. Integration breaks into stages that fit the dark weeks and leaves the room usable between each.

Legs, backdrops and drapes in good condition do more for how a room looks than any device. They are also what wears out most quietly and gets replaced last.
