Every word captured, every witness heard

Courtrooms, remote appearances and reliable recording of proceedings.

CourtroomsRemote testimonyOfficial recording

What we do differently for a courtroom

The recording is the deliverable. Three things protect it.

01

One microphone per position, never shared

Judge, clerk, parties, witness and bar each have their own, on a separate track. That is what makes a passage attributable, and it is the only arrangement that produces a usable record.

02

Everything is recorded twice

A main recording and a second one, independent and started together. A failure discovered at playback then has no consequence for the file.

03

Positions are validated before they exist

Placement of microphones, cameras and screens agreed with the clerk and security before installation. A camera framing what it must not frame gets refused after the fact.

What a courtroom needs

Audio

One microphone per position, on separate tracks, with processing that makes speech intelligible without erasing silences. Physical discretion matters: the microphone should be as unseen as possible while capturing precisely.

Recording

Two independent recording chains, timestamped, started together. Storage stays in the building and its retention period is agreed before commissioning.

Remote appearance

A dedicated link, tested under load, with the witness visible to all parties. Sound quality comes first: testimony that is hard to hear is worth less than testimony that is hard to see.

Integration

Cabling inside existing furniture, reversible fixings and rear maintenance access. Nothing may change the appearance of the room, which often has heritage value.
