What we do differently for a nonprofit
The budget is an argument, not a constraint to work around. Three things respect it.
We offer two levels, not one
A kit that does the job and a kit that improves it, with the difference priced and the effect described. The board chooses knowingly rather than cutting at random.
The file stays with you year to year
Room plan, positions, power needs and running order are left with the organisation. The next edition starts from there rather than repeating the site visit.
What serves the ask comes first
The order of priority is explicit: first what carries the message and the ask, then the atmosphere. When something has to go, it goes from the bottom of that list.
What we bring in most often for you
Audiovisual production
A benefit gala rests on two things: a speech people can hear and a testimonial video that lands. Both get solved together, and it is the item with the most direct effect on what the evening raises.

Equipment rental
A nonprofit needs a lot of gear once or twice a year. Owning makes no sense, and renting the same documented kit each time makes the budget predictable from edition to edition.

Technical direction
Your volunteers cannot arbitrate between the caterer, the venue and the crew while the evening moves. Someone has to hold the running order so the chair goes up at the right moment and the auction closes on time.
What a benefit gala needs
Browse the catalogueA speech heard from the last table is worth more than any effect. A doubled lectern microphone, a wireless for the host, and coverage tuned for speech while service continues.
The screen serves the testimonial and the ask: a well-projected two-minute film raises more than ten minutes of speeches. Sponsor logos appear at the moments the contract specifies.
A warm wash on the tables so the room stays alive, and neutral front light so the photos are publishable. That is the minimum that changes everything, and it costs little.
A raised stage so the chair is seen from the back, and dressing that carries the organisation's name rather than the venue's. The photo wall at the entrance serves next year's campaign.
