Information related to event projects is retained for a period of 7 years for reference and tax compliance purposes. After this period, it is anonymized or securely destroyed.

10. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical, physical, and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring of our systems. In the event of a privacy incident posing a risk of serious harm, we will notify the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec and the affected individuals in accordance with Law 25.

In accordance with Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal information held by IDEACONCEPT
  • Right of rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
  • Right of deletion: request the deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
  • Right to portability: receive your information in a structured and commonly used technological format
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time
  • Right to file a complaint: with the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec (CAI)

12. Information from Minors

Our services are intended for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 14.
