What we do differently for a host venue
The install lives without us most of the time. Three choices make that possible.
We design for two buttons
One preset per kind of evening, chosen on a wall panel with no screen and no menu. Anything deeply adjustable is locked behind an access that does not belong to floor staff.
The install hides in the room
Integrated or finish-matched speakers, buried cabling, retractable screens. The test is simple: the room has to photograph for the venue's own website without anyone tidying anything away.
We train, and leave a one-page card
A short session on site, then a laminated reminder in the room. Staff turn over often, and knowledge that is not written down leaves with the person who had it.
What we bring in most often, and why
AV integration
A venue hosting a hundred evenings a year does not need a rental a hundred times, it needs an install that stays. Integration settles cabling, placement and ease of use once, and it pays back on rooms rented.
On-site service
When a function room system fails, it fails on a Friday night with a hundred and forty people already seated. A response agreement is worth more than a warranty, because what costs money is the delay, not the part.
What a function room needs
Browse the catalogueDistributed coverage at low level rather than two large boxes at the front: conversation has to stay possible everywhere, and the music has to arrive the same at every table. One wireless microphone stored in the room, ready and charged.
Screens discreet enough to disappear when unused, and an input simple enough for a guest to connect a laptop unaided. Wireless connection avoids half the calls to staff.
Stored looks rather than free control: dinner, speeches, dancing, end of night. Staff pick a scene, never a colour, and the room always looks its best in the client's photos.
What moves every week wears fast. Robust furniture, floor protection for changing configurations, and storage designed so resetting the room is quicker than clearing it.
